Welcome to our page. 
Let me introduce myself, I am Leah, the florist and owner of Bentley Blooms. 
I have been a qualified florist for the past 25 years, and still love doing my job everyday! 

We are located in Bentley, Ipswich, Suffolk in our home workshop. We specialise in creating Wedding Flowers for your unforgettable day; Funeral Flowers and Tributes for loved ones, and Bouquets for all occasions. 

Leah is dedicated into creating beautiful floral arrangements which will elevate the elegance of your special events. We bring YOUR visions to life, offering a variety of services from wedding bouquets, reception venues, church flowers, as well as exquisite coffin sprays, funeral flowers and wake arrangements. 

You can order bouquets online via our website tab 'shop' for gift bouquets including Birthday's, Anniversaries, Mother's Day, and Valentines day, as well as congrautlation's flowers for a new baby arrival, new homes, thinking of you or get well soon flowers! For next-day delivery FREE to the local area, Ipswich, Bentley, Capel St Mary, East Bergholt, Brantham and other surrouding areas. If we don't have what you are looking for in the shop and would like to request particular flowers/bouquets please contact us and we can help you!

We also take pride in running our regular workshops throughout the year, a way to learn, develop your skills taught by a qualified florist. We currently have our Christmas Wreath Workshops live online. You can book or see further information on the link below.

We request the following: - A photograph of the arrangement - Your order details- A brief description of the issue Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement arrangement, store credit, or a full or partial refund. **Non-Perishable Gifts and Accessories** For non-perishable items like vases, candles, or giftware, customers may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. **Customized Orders** Custom floral arrangements, tribute flowers, and special order items cannot be canceled or refunded once preparation has started, unless they are faulty or damaged. **Delivery Issues** Please ensure that delivery details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or if the recipient is unavailable.
