We request the following: - A photograph of the arrangement - Your order details- A brief description of the issue Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement arrangement, store credit, or a full or partial refund. **Non-Perishable Gifts and Accessories** For non-perishable items like vases, candles, or giftware, customers may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. **Customized Orders** Custom floral arrangements, tribute flowers, and special order items cannot be canceled or refunded once preparation has started, unless they are faulty or damaged. **Delivery Issues** Please ensure that delivery details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or if the recipient is unavailable.
