**Returns and Refund Policy**

 

At Bentley Blooms, we take pride in crafting fresh flowers and floral arrangements. Ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to address any concerns quickly and fairly. 

 

**Fresh Flowers andishable Items**

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and plants, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect color or style choices

  • Minor natural variations in flowers or foliage

  • Flowers that have not been cared for properly after delivery.

Under consumer regulations, fresh flowers and perishable items are generally exempt from standard cancellation and return rights.

**Damaged or Faulty Orders**

If your flowers arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We request the following:

  1. A photograph of the arrangement

  2. Your order details

  3. A brief description of the issue Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement arrangement, store credit, or a full or partial refund.

 

**Non-Perishable Gifts and Accessories**

For non-perishable items like vases, candles, or giftware, customers may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

**Customized Orders**

Custom floral arrangements, tribute flowers, and special order items cannot be canceled or refunded once preparation has started, unless they are faulty or damaged.

 

**Delivery Issues**

Please ensure that delivery details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or if the recipient is unavailable. Additional delivery charges may apply for reattempted deliveries.

 

**Refund Processing**

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

 

**Your Statutory Rights**

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights 2015.
